SubQAvail: Machine Learning Model for Monoclonal Antibody Bioavailability Classification.
SubQAvail is a machine learning-based tool designed to classify monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) as having either high or low subcutaneous bioavailability. The model uses antiBERTy, a Protein Language Model (PLM), to generate sequence embeddings and predict bioavailability with high accuracy.
How to Use the SubQAvail:
- Enter the name of your antibody in the first text box.
- Enter the heavy chain variable region sequence in the second text box.
- Enter the light chain variable region sequence in the third text box.
- Click the "Submit" button to receive a classification of high or low bioavailability based on the model’s prediction.
NOTE: To process large datasets at once and make use of the ESM-2 embeddings, please refer to our GitHub.
